Shipping policy

For order over 1,500 THB, we offer domestic free shipping via a door-to-door courier company.
For bulk order over 20,000 THB, we offer door-to-door free shipping via truck. Please note that the delivery address has to be within Bangkok and Perimeter. The driver will not help the customer carry the items into the private area of the house.

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours on business day using a door-to-door courier company. Domestic shipping is typically between 2-4 days.
Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders under 1,500 THB shipping within Thailand.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Our fulfilment center hours is Monday-Friday, 7:30 - 4:30pm. Order placed during these hours will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business hours.

We offer international shipping via DHL on selected items.
The shipping fee is calculated by product weight and size.
Shipping cost and applicable taxes and duties for international orders are at customer's own expense.
